SUMMER DAY CAMP
Beginning June 2, camp will continue 6-8 weeks, depending on enrollment. The camp will provide supervised play time, games and swimming for children age 7-12 years. Lunch will be provided. Parents should drop off their children at the Davis Recreation Complex Pool at 10:00am, Monday-Thursday, and pick them up no later than 3:00pm. Children left after 3:00pm must pay an additional fee. Camp fee is $3 per day and should be paid to the camp attendant when children are dropped off.
SWIMMING POOL
The William E. "Bunny" Davis Recreation Complex Pool will open on Saturday, May 24 and will close in mid-August. Season memberships may be purchased in the Parks and Recreation office and are: Family, $125 (includes mother, father & up to 4 children in same household/immediate family), additional children or babysitters are $25 each. Individual membership is $75 (must be at least 10 years old).
SWIMMING LESSONS
Swimming lessons for ages 3-adult begin June 16. Sessions are scheduled for one week (Mon-Thur, 45 minutes each) throughout the summer and the fee is $30 per person for each session. Registration may be made by phone, but fees must be paid at least one week prior to the start of the session. For detailed schedule, go to Swimming Lessons 2008.
